We dispatch from the nearest location within the EU to your delivery address, ensuring you do not have to pay additional duties and taxes.

Please contact us if you are unsure about the regulations for your specific country. If your delivery destination is outside the EU, you will be contacted by email before dispatch to discuss any possible duties and taxes upon delivery.

We use external 3rd party globally trusted data sources as the basis of all our claims. The source is always specified in the disclaimers where the claim is made.
We accept payments through SEPA, wire transfers, as well as credit or debit cards. When you place your order and select payment by card, your data is encrypted and redirected to our payment provider. We do not store or see any of your sensitive data. Our payment service provider is PCI Service Provider Level 1, ensuring the highest grade of payment processing security. Any bank charges and/or customs fees are payable by the customer.

Orders will typically arrive in 2-5 business days after time of shipment, depending on the country.

If you’ve placed an order and would like to modify the items or shipping address, please contact us below. If the order has not shipped, we can modify the order to your liking.

We will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within fourteen (14) days of shipment and provided such products are returned in their original condition. To place a return, please contact us on the form below.

Our products do not contain any added artificial colors or flavors; this information is clearly indicated on the labels of all our products.

All our ingredients are sourced from quality suppliers, and each raw material specification is carefully ensured to meet our stringent needs. Only those ingredients that fulfill our strict quality requirements are used in the manufacturing of our finished products. Our supplements are produced under strict quality control in facilities certified by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
